Who we are

CreatorHouse (creatorhouse.club) is a marketplace that connects food & beverage brands in Bangkok with content creators for paid campaigns. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it. We aim to follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our sign-up and campaign forms:

• Creators: your name, email address, social platform handles and follower ranges, content categories, languages, location, portfolio links, experience, availability, and compensation preferences.
• Brands: your contact name, email address, company name, budget range, and the message or campaign brief you write to us.
• Accounts: your login email, username, and — if you add them — a display name and profile photo.
• Campaign work: applications, draft submissions, and review feedback exchanged through the platform.

We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, or precise location data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To match creators with brand campaigns and run those campaigns (applications, drafts, reviews, status updates).
• To let you log in and manage your own profile.
• To contact you about campaigns you're part of.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

What brands can see about creators

Brands using CreatorHouse see a limited view: your first name, content categories, languages, general location, audience size range, styles, and portfolio — never your email address, phone number, or full contact details. Your profile is only shown to brands after the CreatorHouse team enables it.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and file storage (Supabase) with access controls, served over HTTPS. Only the CreatorHouse team can access full records. Login sessions are kept in your own browser's storage — we don't use tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email saturnx.team@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we'll handle it. Deleting your data removes you from campaign matching.
